6. If SureSMS is faced with claims for damages following misuse of your account, SureSMS may hold you liable for these claims

Intellectual property rights

1. The copyright in the data, content and information displayed on our website and associated software systems is owned by SureSMS. You may print, copy, transfer or store extracts of material and information displayed on the website for your own use.
