The SureSMS system has a built-in address book. The address book can contain all the people you want, and there is no limit to the number of people that can be added.
You can also create all the groups you want. However, if you need to create many groups, it can be beneficial to name them systematically. Depending on the purpose, the systematics can be different.
There is also no restriction on 
how many people can be in each group or how many groups one person can be in.
