Chat Use the little blue box in the bottom corner of the website to chat with us. We're online during normal business hours and often outside of them, and we're happy to answer any questions.

Email - You can write to support@suresms.com with your question.

Ring During normal working hours, you can call 50 322 322. Outside normal working hours, you can call a number that will be provided when you become a customer.

At times, we need to access your computer to provide the best support. Click the blue button to allow us temporary access.

With Team Viewer we can provide direct support

If our customers need more hands-on help, we often use Team Viewer. Through this program we can provide remote support.

This means that even if we're in Glostrup and you're on the other side of the country, we can go straight to your computer and see what's wrong. 

You give us temporary access to your computer by sharing an ID number and password with us. The access is of course temporary and will be deleted as soon as the program is shut down.
