If our customers need more hands-on help, we often use Team Viewer. Through this program we can provide remote support.
This means that even if we're in Glostrup and you're on the other side of the country, we can go straight to your computer and see what's wrong.
You give us temporary access to your computer by sharing an ID number and password with us. The access is of course temporary and will be deleted as soon as the program is shut down.
